Always love being here it's like my home away from home
I stayed at Ralph Andrews park for several weeks during the summer of 2014. The park is clean and well tended. The camp staff is wonderful, especially David Cope and Lynn Broom. I understand they have revamped the electrical outlets, particularly in the lower campground. I really don't want to brag too much about this place because it may become much more highly used and I want to keep it the way it is. It is a hidden gem in Jackson County. I will be back this year as a campground host and look forward to all the improvements.
I've always loved it here, camped here off and on over the years. Absolutely beautiful lake and scenery! Has a full range of camp sites from rustic to RV - must call ahead to reserve a spot! Plenty of bathhouses, laundry room, Boat dock, playground for the kids, Pavillion for cookouts- can be reserved, security, gate closed from 10pm - 8am. Fantastic place to spend time in the mountains!!!
Family oriented. Quiet
Nice spot to put in a canoe or kayak into Lake Glenville without bothering with the busy boat ramps. There isn't really a great spot to park near the water, so you might have to lug your gear a bit.
